Communication is key in today’s working world. The office communication clerk works at the core of our office in a service oriented environment.


Contents of the apprenticeship:


You will work on secretarial matters and will handle tasks in the field of office economics, general administration and accounting. In addition, you will learn to handle the most up-to-date office communication systems.

Training starts on:

September 1st of each year at our Munich office.


Schedule:

Our prime concern is that every apprentice is supported and challenged in accordance with his or her individual level of training.

The individual steps of your apprenticeship are aligned with the requirements of your future work as an office communication clerk. At first, you will be familiarised with all administrative tasks our office routine has to offer. In a further training step, you will learn the ideal way of representing our firm both on the phone and in the reception area. The remaining training will include everything you need to know about correspondence including writing by dictation. Finally, we will show you how to prepare invoices.
