S & P ACADEMY -
SONNTAG & PARTNER’S TRAINING PROGRAMME

To meet the need of each and every employee to expand his or her qualifications, Sonntag & Partner established the S & P Academy for internal training purposes. The Academy focuses on theoretical support with regard to inclusion of - especially - young professionals in the scope of client-related consulting.

The modular lecture system of the S & P Academy that is designed to last for two years at a time improves both technical and general professional skills. All professionals are trained in different general aspects of legal advice, tax consulting and audit matters, e.g. regarding topics such as acquisition and client support and organisation. At the same time, interdisciplinary practice-relevant topics - divided into individual key aspects - like tax and legal questions with regard to choosing the right legal form - are part of the Academy training and so are lectures on individual areas of expertise of our firm, e.g. procedural law or company succession.

In addition to the interdisciplinary events, we have meetings for the purpose of exchanging up-to-date know how and/or insights from our day-to-day work. These meetings are the responsibility of the individual Practice Groups, which are also substantially responsible for the development of documents for the in-house knowledge management. Further seminars, e.g. rhetoric, language or negotiation training, top off the S & P Academy programme.

Aside from seminars and classes held by in-house speakers of the respective specialised professionals, we also include external speakers in our programme on a regular basis. This applies to both training of the professionals and our administrative and technical staff.

A major goal of Sonntag & Partner’s S & P Academy is ensuring quality consulting for its clients.
