New publication on tax and legal aspects of German investment in Spain launched
Sonntag & Partner´s Spanish Desk contributes to new publication in editorial Beck
Munich/Augsburg – Frank Behrenz, attorney-at-law, tax consultant and partner in charge of the Munich based Spanish Desk of the multidisciplinary business firm Sonntag & Partner is co-editor and -author of a new publication on tax and legal aspects of German investment in Spain which has been launched by editorial Beck at the turn of the year 2011/2012.
The legal and tax technical manual which was edited by German and Spanish professionals and which is accompanied by an introduction of the General Manager of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Germany, Bernardo López-Bertram, is an introduction and a problem-orientated analysis of all decision relevant issues of Spain´s tax-, commercial- and social security laws which are of interest to German companies and individuals as well as their consultants at the moment investments or other decisions are made.
