Sonntag advises Invesco

Sonntag & Partner advises Invesco Real Estate on the acquisition of the MÜHLEN-CENTER shopping center in Herdecke.

Invesco Real Estate (IRE) has acquired, on behalf of the French fund issuer Ciloger, the MÜHLEN-CENTER shopping center located in the North Rhine Westphalia’s town of Herdecke. The purchase price amounts to EUR 13.8 million. The seller is the ROSCO Group from Bad Hersfeld.

The newly built MÜHLEN-CENTER was opened to the public on the 1st of April 2011 and has 185 available parking spaces in addition to 6,000 m2 of rental space, all of which is completely rented on a long term basis. The average of stipulated lease terms is nearly 12 years. Among the major tenants are REWE, LIDL, DM and Ernsting's Family.
