In international business dealings, an analysis as well as the harmonization of framework conditions of different legal systems and international agreements are the basic prerequisite for a realizing with legal certainty cross-border transactions and investments. We advise and assist foreign entrepreneurs and investors in business dispositions in Germany (inbound advisory) and assist business activities of companies and entrepreneurs domiciled in Germany when it comes to business dispositions abroad (outbound advisory).
