Inbound Consultancy
- Consulting for and during all phases of entering the German market (direct import of goods and services with and without local support, including e-commerce, establishment of a representation or branch office, founding of subsidiaries with or without an intermediary foreign holding company etc.)
- Audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of German subsidiaries
- Protection of intellectual property (e.g. brand names, domains) and against unfair competition
- Assistance in the acquisition of companies or other assets (e.g. properties), especially in structuring the transaction, due diligence investigations (financial, tax, legal), valuation reports, contract structuring and negotiation
- Support in day-to-day business activities (e.g. applications to be filed with the authorities, registrations, permits, bookkeeping and accounting, preparation of annual financial statements, controlling, tax returns, contract structuring, tax consulting with respect to transfer prices)
- Business economic consulting (e.g. business plans), preparation of expert’s reports (e.g. company valuations), labour and social security law including expatriate consulting
- Conflict management (representation in and out of court, arbitration proceedings, acceptance and enforcement of foreign court decisions and awards in Germany)
- Leaving Germany, transfer of business operations and functions to other countries, structuring of and advice on financing your ideas and obligations, restructuring, reorganisation, financial restructuring
