The sellers of L+P Immobilienbewertungs GmbH have sold all shares in L+P Immobilienbewertungs GmbH based in Augsburg, Germany, within the framework of a share deal.<\/p>\n

In this context, the tailor-made team of SONNTAG advised the sellers on the legal and, in particular, the extensive tax and labour law related requirements and implications of the comprehensive outsourcing of pension commitments and supported in the implementation. SONNTAG also provided the sellers with comprehensive cross-divisional advice on corporate and labour law with regard to the structure of the joint future cooperation with the purchaser.<\/p>\n

L+P Immobilienbewertungs GmbH has been managed by the owners for more than 20 years and is represented in two other branches in Germany, in addition to Munich. Today, it operates throughout Europe with its expertise and focuses on market value opinions, mortgage lending value opinions, portfolio valuations and in-house market research for private as well as commercial and institutional clients.<\/p>\n

The purchaser is part of the neoshare Group, which is active in digitalization of project and real estate financing. By the acquisition of L+P Immobilienbewertungs GmbH, which now operates under neoshare Valuation GmbH, the purchaser is strengthening its real estate consulting services.<\/p>\n
