Before the long-established Wendelstein-based company Aichinger GmbH was to be taken over by the Edeka Group, the shareholders of Aichinger GmbH carried out an extensive internal reorganisation and a carve-out of two subsidiaries. Subsequently, all shares in Aichinger GmbH were sold to the Edeka Group as part of a share deal. The transaction was subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office and has now been finalised.<\/p>\n
