- Earnings quality / adjustments of EBIT / EBITDA
- Identification of purchase price relevant factors
- Analysis of shareholder relationships and affiliated companies
- Net debt and debt-like items
- Working capital analysis
- Free cash flow and CapEx analysis
- Business plan analysis and plausibility check
